Great Place to Grow & Improve As You Help Others To Do The Same!
Pros
Above all else, the company is absolutely committed to helping their students achieve meaningful transformation in their lives. There are many testimonials coming in from students each week. It feels amazing to be involved in helping the kind of people that we hear back from to effect real and lasting change in their lives. Employees have access to a GREAT deal of resources that enable them to grow and transform their own lives as well. Many positions have schedule flexibility and the company offers great benefits. I really appreciate the monthly contribution they make to my HSA. It has piled up nicely over the past two years! It's a good-clean professional work environment. You don't have to work around language or other elements that make you uncomfortable.
Cons
You can find fault with any employer or organization if you're focused on the negative, or are searching for reasons to be offended ... but my personal experience through the years that I've worked here, is that the owners and management have integrity and genuinely care about their employees. Definitely not a good fit for coasters that aren't on board with the mission of the company, have a negative mindset, or a poor work ethic.
Advice to Management
Continue to build out the new tools and resources for students. The new tools that were recently announced are really exciting and should add significantly to the programs we offer! Continue to invest in training for employees. The company has brought in fantastic speakers and authors in the past to address employees. I've appreciated participating in those events. Continue to sponsor company picnics and parties. It's always great to meet the spouse and children of your co-workers. Thanks for the significant investment you make in employee benefits, and again, for the contributions to my HSA. I'd like to see those programs continue.

We work 5 days plus a 1/2 day on Saturday. Would be nice to have the weekend to get away with friends and family.

Since starting here I have seen some amazing things. Owners that are working right along side you trying to help with any problems or concerns you might have. Genuine concern for everyone here from the President, CEO, and VP's all the way to team managers and fellow coworkers. Group meetings to inform everyone of company direction and growth as well as opportunity monthly.
The atmosphere and coworkers are phenomenal. I enjoy being here everyday. The work is rewarding and can be fun. I am in sales and found that after a one day training had additional access to a training site that had a TON of information on it. After spending the first few days on the site and listening to top coworkers I was able to feel very good about everything. My team leader and all my coworkers were super helpful. And I even got to go to lunch the first day with the CEO and VP of Recruiting and Marketing!
Benefits seem good and they give you money every week for a health savings account. Weekly company lunches, monthly massages, and a lot of cash spiffs.
Cons
Sometimes the hours were hard to get used to at first but after doing it for a while I understood why they have them. Computers that we all use are pretty outdated and would love to see them replaced with Mac stuff! Base is only $10/hr but the commission potential is unlimited so its worth it.
Advice to Management
Invest in hardware and equipment. Continue to show growth and potential and always remember we are giving it 1000% because we love it here. Keep investing and finding better leads.
This company is like family.

The environment at this company is awesome. I've never worked for such an fun company. You come to work & talk to everyone; like I said, we're a big family. The only people you don't know are the newbies, but that only lasts for a month before you're good friends with them too.
Management truly cares about you. If you ever have a concern, they have an open door policy to discuss it with them. Bottom line, I love coming to work.

At Achieve Toady, you spend your time building people up ... not tearing them down. You help them have hope and to see there is a better outlook and future to be had. They bring together all the best tools, techniques; vocabulary, skill sets, and tool sets that gives voice the previously intangible. The teams are open and help each other with best practices, tips, and advice on how to do your best. The leadership is dynamic, positive, and very supportive.

Achieve Today needs to broaden their reach ... if it's already in over 80 countries around the world, then that number needs to become "in over 180 countries around the world.

The environment and atmospher is awesome. Tons of different spiffs and perks. Everyone is very friendly and outgoing. I know of no other company that treats their employees so well. You can feel good about what you do and that your service can truely help others
Cons
The only con for me being in the Admissions deparment is the uncertainty that comes with straight comission. Great opportunity to make money, but until you get good you are going to have to live on nothing or pretty much nothing.

As a coaching company, I am surrounded by smart people and the ability to learn about many subjects! Working here has positively affected all aspects of my life. My mindset is more productive and success driven as a result of Achieve!
Cons
Some communication issues exist between the top and the bottom of the command chain. Achieve knows this, has been working on it and we are definitely doing better because of their effort.
Advice to Management
Our industry is constantly changing. You have done a good job at trying to stay ahead of the curve. I know you have the vision of how to do this, but the actual getting it done takes too long. There are new ways to do things and could speed up the process. Don't be content with how things are normally done. Embrace the change and let the new carry us to the top!
The secret mirror, so secret its not really a secret....think about that.... On another note Achieve Today is cool.

The pay is great, benefits rock and above all else the company and fellow employees are the best around. Not to mention we get paid to help people better themselves. More great people in the world, who can't live with that?

Company contribution and/or matching with the 401k participants. It would be nice to have contribution of any amount or percentage to those that are apart of the retirement program.
Advice to Management
Continued efforts to inform and disclose visions, changes, issues or anything pertaining valuable communication to all, so that as a company we feel apart of the movement as a whole. This would also help ensure and continue to inspire our commitments we have as we perform in our day to day responsibilities.
