We work 5 days plus a 1/2 day on Saturday. Would be nice to have the weekend to get away with friends and family.

Since starting here I have seen some amazing things. Owners that are working right along side you trying to help with any problems or concerns you might have. Genuine concern for everyone here from the President, CEO, and VP’s all the way to team managers and fellow coworkers. Group meetings to inform everyone of company direction and growth as well as opportunity monthly.

The atmosphere and coworkers are phenomenal. I enjoy being here everyday. The work is rewarding and can be fun. I am in sales and found that after a one day training had additional access to a training site that had a TON of information on it. After spending the first few days on the site and listening to top coworkers I was able to feel very good about everything. My team leader and all my coworkers were super helpful. And I even got to go to lunch the first day with the CEO and VP of Recruiting and Marketing!

Benefits seem good and they give you money every week for a health savings account. Weekly company lunches, monthly massages, and a lot of cash spiffs.

Cons

Sometimes the hours were hard to get used to at first but after doing it for a while I understood why they have them. Computers that we all use are pretty outdated and would love to see them replaced with Mac stuff! Base is only $10/hr but the commission potential is unlimited so its worth it.

Advice to Management

Invest in hardware and equipment. Continue to show growth and potential and always remember we are giving it 1000% because we love it here. Keep investing and finding better leads.

This company is like family.

Pros

The environment at this company is awesome. I’ve never worked for such an fun company. You come to work & talk to everyone; like I said, we’re a big family. The only people you don’t know are the newbies, but that only lasts for a month before you’re good friends with them too.

Management truly cares about you. If you ever have a concern, they have an open door policy to discuss it with them. Bottom line, I love coming to work.

Great Company

Pros

The environment and atmospher is awesome. Tons of different spiffs and perks. Everyone is very friendly and outgoing. I know of no other company that treats their employees so well. You can feel good about what you do and that your service can truely help others

Cons

The only con for me being in the Admissions deparment is the uncertainty that comes with straight comission. Great opportunity to make money, but until you get good you are going to have to live on nothing or pretty much nothing.

As a coaching company, I am surrounded by smart people and the ability to learn about many subjects! Working here has positively affected all aspects of my life. My mindset is more productive and success driven as a result of Achieve!

Cons

Some communication issues exist between the top and the bottom of the command chain. Achieve knows this, has been working on it and we are definitely doing better because of their effort.
Advice to Management

Our industry is constantly changing. You have done a good job at trying to stay ahead of the curve. I know you have the vision of how to do this, but the actual getting it done takes too long. There are new ways to do things and could speed up the process. Don’t be content with how things are normally done. Embrace the change and let the new carry us to the top!

The pay is great, benefits rock and above all else the company and fellow employees are the best around. Not to mention we get paid to help people better themselves. More great people in the world, who can’t live with that?

Company contribution and/or matching with the 401k participants. It would be nice to have contribution of any amount or percentage to those that are apart of the retirement program.

Continued efforts to inform and disclose visions, changes, issues or anything pertaining valuable communication to all, so that as a company we feel apart of the movement as a whole. This would also help ensure and continue to inspire our commitments we have as we perform in our day to day responsibilities.

The best part about working at Achieve Today is fun atmosphere that I work in. The people that work at Achieve are all great and fun to work with. We have all sorts of competitions to motivate ourselves to work harder and be rewarded for our hard work. I am grateful to work for such a great company and have already recommended working here to many of my friends.

A challenge at Achieve Today is speaking with some people on the phone that do not want our help. This can be hard for some, but for me it makes me all the more thrilled to find someone that will.

The training’s I receive not only help me perform better on the job but in my personal life as well. I’ve received A LOT from being employed here from the bonus plans to the free lunches to the exceptional care and well being for my own personal life. The atmosphere is warm, fun, positive and very inviting. This is the type of job where your recognized for all your accomplishments and where you feel appreciated.
I LOVE WORKING HERE and so will you.

You can get access to what they give the students at no cost if you have been here long enough. Also you can talk with the coaches cause they work on the same floor. They will even give you up to a 75% discount based on how long you have been here. They support you if you have other projects outside of work like a business. What they teach here can help you what what ever you have going on in your life. I’ll grow this company like its my own!

Training coming in could have been better. Its all on the job at this point and recorded videos and audios. I learned that they do have a sales trainer though he is at the other office in Idaho. You can set appointments with him one on one though it would also have been good if he was involved somehow in the transition.

Please add more training for new people coming in. videos are good and having a experienced team lead is also good but being able to ask questions at the beginning is so helpful.

Positive People, Positive Management, Overall Fantastic Work Environment

Pros

Management easy to communicate with. You feel like you have a say in the overall direction of the company. Great and easy location and clean work environment. Office culture is easy going and activities are a regular occurrence.
There is also a weekly meditation class and group walk which adds to the feeling of comradeship.
Cons

A very low amount of basic training when one starts the job. No form of standardized training. Also the compensation is relatively low and there doesn’t seem to be a lot of room for raises.

It’s an environment where you can succeed. There’s plenty of help to help you become your best.

It’s flexible, decent pay, bonus opportunities, if you work hard and excel you get promotions. The new president is engaged and very approachable and doesn’t micromanage. It’s a very positive environment.

Respectable commission pay, family friendly work schedules, perks and incentives, sales competitions, fun work events (potlucks, team lunches, summer and Christmas parties), great leadership (honest), opportunities for leadership and growth, constant training of employees, awards and bonuses, fun culture, and positive working environment.

Occasional IT issues and slower computers, but know the company is investing into new software and computers in the near future.

Some of the challenges are that you will have to be willing to set up in certain areas even if it is not part of your “job description” I do not see this as a bad thing but more opportunity to learn and to grow! I personally love the challenge!

Paul is an amazing person to work for. Dave has been really great to work with. These are people that are out there doing what it takes to make it happen. Aaron is a rock star. He is a man of great faith and belief in the vision of this company to help people everywhere reach their full potential! I love it here!!! It is funny I was looking at a review that was negative and it really reminds me of the type of people that you can put them in paradise give them everything they need to be happy and they still complain. I know that 99 percent of the employees here love it!!!

The atmosphere is awesome, everyone is excited to be there, you get to help people, and it’s almost like you get to run your own little business. Everyone is doing the same thing but you can personalize your work to your style.

Depending on your situation the schedule can be not the best, working until 8pm is not my favorite but it is when people are home and so it makes a lot of sense.

The perfect environment for work and self improvement

Pros

The people here are amazing! I don’t want to go home in the evenings. The job is something I can really believe in. I enjoy the work! it’s also great to have a high base pay while you’re starting out and still learning the ropes. Time off is super reasonable and the team leaders are flexible with scheduling.
BENEFITS: You get a free life-coaching session when you start work and free life insurance. The health insurance is mostly paid for by the company for you AND your family, which is a seriously good deal. You also get discounted coaching on top of the free session.
Cons

It’s a bit of a learning curve at first, and you just have to be patient and let yourself practice. You also need to be comfortable dialing phones all day. Sometimes you get stuck just dialing over and over again and that can be boring, but when you do get in the conversations time flies!

Achieve changes lives every single day and has changed mine. I am so grateful for my life being divinely orchestrated and that Achieve came into my life to help coach, train, and teach me the ways of the Law of Attraction and how to create my own success and happiness. Awesome work environment, great people around me, good schedule, and the best atmosphere. I love coming into work because of what I’m helping and leading people to do and become. It’s fulfilling and successful for me and the people I come in contact with.

In training for the first week of being there as an employee, it was very hand on, which I usually like, but not this time around. It was hand on in the sense of me being fed to the dogs and learning it on my own. I struggled a lot because I need to be taught and shown how to do something, not just told to go do it and try to figure it out on my own. That’s my only complaint.

Please have training be more hands on and actually WITH the new hires.

Loved the people and the atmosphere

Pros

I worked here for quite a few years and really enjoyed my time and the people I was able to work with. The management has great integrity and tries very hard to take care of its employees. They are always giving out small bonuses and gift cards and it makes it a lot of fun. We also had a lot of company parties and get togethers for each holiday. Christmas was always an excellent company party. At Thanksgiving we were all given gift cards to grocery stores to buy Thanksgiving dinner. Halloween was a chili cookoff with pumpkin pie and root beer! And the summer party was a big family event where they would rent out a wave rider and Lindon pool.
I loved the people we associated with every day and the focus of the company. Our job was to find people to help and then bring them aboard. It was truly a good feeling. I stay in touch with a few people at Achieve Today and I hear its only gotten better!

The only reason I left was because I decided to stay home with my children. Our family was growing and I wanted to be there with them and the hours at Achieve would have been difficult.

Always continue to improve and never forget the core values of the company. Take care of your people like you have always done and stretch to do more every day.

Great Place, Great People, Great Leadership

Pros

Working at Achieve Today has spoiled me. I have worked at a lot of companies and never had employers that care for me as much as the executive team does here. I spend my day focusing on helping people reach their goals and learn how to move forward with their dreams. We have fun at work but work hard and I go home feeling great. The training is great from a consultant standpoint and I can always walk into experienced executives offices and get advice. I also have been able to work with the coaches and get mentoring in my own life recently and it has been life changing.

Hours are difficult but in the end it is worth it to have the career and experiences that I gain here. My computer was slow but as soon as a couple of us sent feedback up the chain, there was an announcement that they are buying everyone new computers and upgrading the whole office!
Advice to Management

Increase coaching to employees. It is invaluable and my numbers and happiness have increased since I received it. Keep investing into more fun things! The new ping pong table is great! Lets get more fun stuff.
